The Clean Access Agent remains dormant while it is outside of the FIU
network. If you uninstall the Clean Access Agent, and your computer is
required to have the Agent installed, you will be prompted to download it the
next time you sign on to the FIU network.
Clean Access Agent Uninstall for Windows
The Clean Access Agent installs by default to
C:\Program Files\Cisco Systems\Clean Access Agent\ on Windows and can be uninstalled in
the following ways:
- Click on
- All
Programs - Cisco Systems - Cisco Clean Access Agent -
Uninstall Clean Access Agent and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Click on

Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs then select Cisco Clean
Access and click Remove.
Clean Access Agent Uninstall for MAC OS X
The Clean Access Agent installs by default to /Library/Application
Support/Cisco Systems/ on MAC OS X. Follow the steps below to remove the
agent.
- Quit the Clean Access Agent if it is running in the Finder
bar.

- Browse to Macintosh HD - Library - Application Support
- Cisco Systems and drag the CCAAgent.app application to the
trash can.
- Browse to Macintosh HD - Library - Receipts and drag the CCAAgent.pkg
to the trash can.
- If you enabled the Clean Access Agent to launch at startup, click on

select System Preferences...
- Click on

- On the Accounts window select your username and select on the
Login Items tab. Select the CCAAgent application and click
