The "Remember Me" option in the Clean Access Agent does not work.
The "Remember Me" option in the Clean Access Agent only "remembers" your username and password while your computer is turned on. This option will cache login credentials allowing you to manually login and logout of the Clean Access Agent or place your computer in sleep mode as you move from one area to another, without having to retype your username and password. When you try to login again your username and password will be filled in. However if you exit the Clean Access Agent or restart your computer, the cached credentials will be removed.
As a security precaution the Clean Access Agent was designed to store the cached credentials in memory not on the computer's hard drive. Therefore when you exit the agent, restart, or shutdown your computer the cached information is removed from memory.
