The FIU My Accounts system is now live! The Division of Information Technology is providing the FIU Community with an identity and computer account management solution. This new solution takes us a step closer to a single sign-on solution.

You will no longer have to memorize so many passwords. The FIU My Accounts provides a centralized method for changing passwords to many of the UTS-managed systems.

The FIU My Accounts improves the way we manage our accounts. Specifically, the system does the following:

  • reduces the number of passwords used ( create one master password)
  • improves account security (by requiring strong password rules in the systems)
  • automates the creation and deletion of accounts for faculty, staff and students
  • automates security audit report capability
  • organizes accounts (users will know how many and what UTS accounts they use)
